Russian Cossacks and Grenadiers

Here are two regiments of Don Cossacks and a horde of irregular Cossacks. The irregulars are easily recognizable, but only the pennon colour distinguishes the two Don Cossack regiments from one another.

Only one battalion was present with Wittgenstein’s corps, the other two were with the main army and fought at Borodino.

Below, are the next batch of Russians, the St. Petersburg Opolochenie, the Converged Cuirassier regiment and the Polish Uhlans (Russian). These should be painted by tomorrow.

Cheers,
